I’ve got this dream of designing/building either a Railway simulation game centered around Dwarves and moving their goods to the faire.

Gorgeous. You could wrap this into the mountain subterranean mythos modern dwarves inhabit. Imagine this bridge spanning a vast undermountain chasm!
